This article will assist Renters with understanding why some services and their associated fees are required on a reservation.
Required Services Fees
Fees for services that are not requested during the checkout process, but appear on a reservation, are required services. These are services that the Facility Owners (school districts) are required to add to requests for use of facilities per their policies.
Services such as custodial, event manager, utilities, or restrooms represent additional costs for the use of facilities, and can be adjusted or waived only at the discretion of the Facility Owners.
Please note: Facilitron cannot make adjustments to required services without authorization from the Facility Owner.
