This article will assist Renters and the participants for their events with checking in via Attendee Management.
Attendee Management can be used to easily check participants in and out of a community event taking place at district facilities, as well as monitor who’s been on campus.
To check in to an event or location, you must access the check-in/check-out link provided by the host of the event. This link is most conveniently accessed via a QR code that you scan with your mobile device's camera. See the QR code example below:
Use your smart phone camera or a QR Code Reader App to scan the QR code. You will then be prompted to Open Facilitron.com link. Click on the link and it will take you to the registration and check-in page for your event.
First, confirm the name of the event on the check-in page and enter your email address, then click Next.
Then, enter your first name, last name and your cell phone number in the appropriate fields. If you have registered previously, your information should already be filled in. You will also be asked to complete a short survey regarding your current health. Click Submit to continue.
A summary of the location of the event, as well as the date and time will be shown above your previously entered information. You must then agree to the Terms and Conditions set by the district and Facilitron, and finalize checking in by clicking Submit.
The check-in confirmation screen shown above also contains the required Check Out link. When you are ready to exit the event, proceed in clicking this button. If you have lost the check-out screen, you may scan the QR code again.
Select the blue hyperlinked click here in the line, “Please click here when you are ready to check out” to conclude the check-out process.
You must check out each time you leave the site and repeat the steps above each time you re-enter the site. If you are going to return to the site the same day, you can scan the QR code again when you arrive at the point of entry and repeat the steps above. You will not have to complete the survey again, as your responses will be valid for 24 hours.
