By clicking add new, a survey can be constructed to ask the end user how M&O is doing in the delivery of its services to the district clients. This survey is constructed here and sent out via a button available in the view details section of a specific work order to send as desired upon the close of that work order. 


An original survey can be constructed by clicking add new survey and following the prompts. A Customer Satisfaction Survey is included with the system that districts can use if desired.
