This article will assist Order Administrators with associating a worker to a property in Facilitron Works.
What Does it Mean to Associate a Worker?
Associating a worker to a property simply means that that worker is assigned to a specific property in Works.
How to Associate a Worker to a Property
Go to Manage > People > Associate Maintenance Worker to Property. You will be brought to the screen below. Select the blue + Add New button in the top right corner of your screen.
You will be directed to a new screen that lists the properties available to associate a worker to. It will look something like this:
Please note that the property names will be different according to the sites within your district. Select the appropriate property from the list. Further down the page, you will see Worker and Trade. Select the worker and their trade in the corresponding dropdowns. Click the blue Associate Worker to Properties button to associate the worker.
After clicking Associate Worker to Properties, you will be redirected to the Associate Worker to Property screen. The newly associated worker and their assigned property will appear in the list of associated workers, as shown below.
