This article will assist Renters with locating and navigating to a particular Reservation Details page.

To view or request changes to an existing reservation within your renter account or organization, you must first locate the Reservation Details page for that reservation. The Reservation Details page can be accessed in the following four ways:

  • Clicking the blue “see details” link in an email notification regarding the reservation
  • Clicking on the event title in your Renter Dashboard’s Upcoming Events or Pending Requests widget
  • Clicking on the reservation in your renter Calendar
  • Locating the reservation under your renter dashboard’s Reservations tab

Let’s look at each of these options in detail below.


Finding a Reservation from an Email Notification

When a reservation is submitted for your renter account or organization, you will receive an email notification containing the Reservation ID, requestor, school site, event name, facilities, and event dates and times.

You can jump directly to the Reservation Details page from this email by clicking see details next to the Reservation ID.

Please note that when clicking on a reservation link from an email notification, you should first ensure you are logged into the correct Renter Organization account for the reservation. If you are not already logged in, clicking a link for a reservation from an email notification will bring you to the Log In page.


Finding a Reservation from your Renter Dashboard

When logging in to Facilitron, ensure you are navigating in the correct Renter Dashboard for your reservation (see Using the Dashboard - Renters for assistance with locating your dashboard). If you have one or more Renter Organizations, you can determine what organization or account you are operating in by looking at the name displayed at the top of your dashboard.

If the name displayed at the top is your personal name, or the incorrect organization, you may toggle to another account or organization by clicking the Other Accounts dropdown from the left hand navigation bar.

  1. The Upcoming Events widget will display your upcoming Approved reservations, the event name, reservation date, location (school site/district), and any outstanding issues you may need to resolve, such as missing or invalid insurance, or missing payment. Clicking on the blue hyperlinked event name will bring you to the Reservation Details page.
  2. The Pending Requests widget will display any past, present, and future Pending reservations in your account or renter organization. It will also display the event name, reservation date, and location (school site/district). Clicking on the blue hyperlinked event name will bring you to the Reservation Details page.


Finding a Reservation from your Calendar

Approved and Pending reservations will appear on your Renter Calendar, as either solid (Approved) or checkered (Pending) tiles in the Calendar View format.

Clicking on a Reservation's tile will generate a pop-out with a summary of the reservation. Click on the blue more details link to go to the Reservation Details page.


Finding a Reservation from the Reservation’s Page

From your Renter Dashboard click on the Reservations tab from the navigation bar on the left.

A list of all reservations in your account or renter organization will populate, including the submit date, Reservation ID, (event) name, date of the reservation, location and facility, status, attendance, user in your organization that placed the request, total for the reservation, and remaining amount due.

You may filter the list by reservations status in the upper right hand corner, or sort the reservations shown by any of the above mentioned columns. You may also search for a reservation in your list by reservation ID, (event) name, location, or facility.

Click on the blue hyperlinked Reservation ID to go to the Reservation Details page.
