Key Features of the Maintenance Technician Role

Create and Access Work Orders

Maintenance Technicians can create and search work orders directly from their personalized dashboard. Easily receive incoming work orders and quickly find any submitted work order. To search for a specific work order, tap the magnifying glass in the top right corner and enter the work order number, or tap the Search section to see all work orders.

To create a work order, click the plus sign at the bottom of your screen. Fill out the work order form and tap Create Work Order to submit.

Dedicated Work Order View

Enjoy a focused view that makes it easy to find and receive work orders straight from your device. Quickly view incoming work orders, log actions, and close out completed tasks while out in the field.  

Enhanced Usability

The Maintenance Technician interface is built for speed and simplicity, making it easy to manage your work orders. 

The Facilitron Works app update ensures that users with a Maintenance Technician role can quickly access the information they need to get the job done anytime, anywhere.
