If you are experiencing issues logging in to Facilitron, please follow these troubleshooting steps one at a time:

Most issues that occur during log in are due to cache issues. Try this step first:

1) Clear Cache for "All Time"

Why do I need to clear my cache?
When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

Browsers keep a cache of files and images for recently visited websites to avoid needing to download them every time you visit a page. Sometimes the browser needs to re-download these files to avoid page display issues. When browsers use cache files when they should be downloading the files, cache issues occur.

HOW TO CLEAR CACHE IN CHROME

On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More.

Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select "All time".

Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

Click Clear data.
