Please note that this article is intended to assist facility administrators whose district or facility owner does not utilize Single Sign On (SSO). If you are a facility administrator who has already had their user account created and added to your designated facility site, but cannot log in to the system, you must reset your password.

From the Log In page select "Trouble Logging In?".

Enter the email associated with your account and submit. You must correctly type your email in the field and submit. The system does not check to see if the email is associated with an account. If you enter your email incorrectly, the reset attempt will fail.

Please note that some facility owners require their administrators to use their Lawson ID (ex: 123456@facilityowner.net) instead of their day to day email address. If your facility owner uses an alternate email address format for Facilitron accounts, please ensure you are entering the correct email at this point.


Once you submit your email in the "Trouble Logging In" pop-up and press "Send", you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. NOTE: If you did not receive the Reset Your Facilitron Password email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. 


Trouble Receiving Password Reset Email


If you do not receive a password reset email, please try the following:

Add no-reply@facilitron.com to your email address book.

If you're using Google Chrome (recommended), add www.facilitron.com as an approved pop-up.

These are the steps for adding www.facilitron.com to your Google Chrome browser (Desktop, Android or iOS):

  1. Open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click "Settings"
  3. In the “Privacy and security” section, Choose "Site Settings"
  4. Click "Pop-ups and redirects"
  5. Under Allow, click "Add"
  6. Add www.facilitron.com, and click "Add"

You may alternatively change the toggle switch at the top of the page to "Allow" which will allow all pop-ups from any site, but this is not recommended by Google.
