This article is for Order Administrators at school districts where multiple properties are overseen by a single administrator. 


Setting Up Approval Groupings

To set up a Facilitron Works  approver for multiple sites, follow the steps below:

  1. Identify the name of the grouping of schools to be included in this approval grouping: i.e., District Office, Grounds, or Region A, Region B etc. Go to Manage > People > Approval Groupings, click + Add New and add the group name. Click Insert.
  2. Go to Manage > Places > Properties, apply any necessary filters to the property list, and note the Approval Group column on the property list.
    Go through the list and open the necessary property profile for the approval grouping. Click Edit, then associate each property with the approval group you just created. Click Update.
  3. Finally, go to the user list via Manage > People > Users, find the appropriate user, give them the role Order Approver Multiple Sites and add the approval group’s name to their user profile. Click Updateto save these changes.
