Performance Measures Reports in Works

This article briefly explains the various Performance Measures reports available to Order Administrators and Order Processors in Facilitron Works. 

Department Stats

The Department Stats report is a high level report of worker throughput by purpose or trade to develop trend analysis. This report is for trend analysis by purpose or trade, respectively. Essentially, this report can help you determine if productivity is getting better or worse.

To calculate trends, the key datapoints requires “carried over” open work orders, adds the new incoming, minus the completed, minus the current open; thus resulting in the true open work orders and completed work orders for the period.  Users can determine productivity trends based on "what" (i.e., purpose) kind of work they are receiving from the schools.  This report predates the Dashboard so that users can chart out pivot charts and plot trends to determine if productivity is improving or declining.

Completed Work Orders by Date Range

This report simply shows a summary of work orders completed over a selected date range. You can access this report by going to Reports > Performance Measures > Completed Work Orders by Date Range.

Weekly Work Orders Processed

This report is very similar to the Completed Work Orders by Date Range report. The key difference between the two is the inclusion of processed work orders which are (those received and closed during the date range provided) in the Weekly Work Orders Processed report. You can access this report by going to Reports > Performance Measures > Weekly Work Orders Processed.
