The Facilitron platform consists of two parts: 

The community-facing rental request portal... 

...and the administrative district control center back-end.

The community-facing request portal is for community organizations to search and request school facilities that are available for the community to rent. Only facilities that are made available to the public are visible on the community request portal. Similarly, of the facilities available, only after-school dates and times are available for the public to request. 

Consequently school users will not be able to use the community portal to request facilities during school hours or even to view certain facilities that may be available to them as a school faculty member. School users MUST use the administrative back-end to make those requests.
